TRADING UPDATES: Ixico ups guidance; Steppe Cement revenue up

ALN

The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Ixico PLC - London-based medical research company, focused on analysing trial data using neuroscience imaging and biomarkers - Expects revenue of at least £8.0 million in the year to September 30, ahead of existing market expectations and up 22% from financial 2025. ‘This update, a consequence of strong trading across an increasingly diverse client base combined with contract extensions, replaces the original forecast of £7.5 million, previously representing a 15% uplift on FY25 revenues,’ Ixico says.

----------

Steppe Cement Ltd - Kazakhstan-focused cement producer - It sells 978,950 tonnes of cement in the first half, up from 850,424 tonnes a year prior. It generates revenue of around $61 million, rising from $40 million. ‘In the first half of 2026, the domestic cement market remained flat year-on-year, with exports and imports also holding steady at last year’s levels,’ Steppe says. ‘Looking ahead, the company expects total market size to remain in line with last year.’

----------

Petards Group PLC - Guildford, England-based security, communication and surveillance systems developer - Receives orders worth over £900,000 for rail and defence systems. In rail, a £500,000 deal has been won for eyeTrain systems. In defence, a £400,000 deal has been won from a UK defence contractor ‘for the supply of Petards proprietary safety equipment for use in military aerospace applications’.

----------

Surgical Innovations Group PLC - Surgical and medical instrument manufacturer - Elemental Healthcare Ltd subsidiary wins a place on the NHS minimally invasive surgery 3 framework agreement. It is for an initial period of two years. ‘This follows the group’s successful participation in the previous NHS MIS1 and MIS2 framework agreements, providing customers with greater product choice. This win reinforces Elemental Healthcare’s long-standing position as a trusted supplier within the minimally invasive surgery sector, with its cost-effective procedure-specific surgical instruments,’ Surgical Innovations says. ‘In addition to MIS3, Elemental Healthcare continues to hold equivalent framework agreements across Scotland and Wales, ensuring broad national coverage and access across the UK healthcare system, helping surgeons nationwide with their minimal invasive surgery procedures.’

----------

Kendrick Resources PLC - Scandinavia-focused mineral exploration and development company - Drilling at the Teufelskuppe project further demonstrates ‘extensive, shallow and high-grade nature of rare earth element mineralisation’. ‘The latest drilling continues to confirm broad zones of near-surface mineralisation together with multiple high-grade TREO intercepts, reinforcing the company’s confidence in the scale, continuity and resource potential of the TK project,’ Kendrick adds.

----------

First Class Metals PLC - Ontario, Canada-focused gold and critical metals explorer - It reports final drill assay results from the Roy prospect at its Sunbeam project in Ontario confirming bonanza-grade gold mineralisation. The company says drilling has confirmed gold mineralisation over a 300-metre strike that remains open along strike and at depth, while recent structural work suggests the prospect forms part of the district-scale Nahanni Shear Zone, of which only around 1% has been tested. An exploration permit has been submitted for winter drilling, with further geophysical surveys and follow-up drilling also planned.

----------

Forgent PLC - London-based provider of syngas technology and engineering services for converting waste into sustainable energy and biofuels, and also has copper and gold assets - Completes phase one drilling programme at the Peak Hills gold-copper project in Western Australia. The programme comprised 40 drill holes for a total of around 2,680 metres. Samples have been submitted to a laboratory for assay.
