The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Agronomics Ltd - Isle of Man-based investor in cellular agriculture - Executive Chair Jim Mellon buys 27.5 million Agronomics shares from BlueNalu Inc, paying 5.43 pence per share, worth £1.5 million, on Monday. BlueNalu had been issued 30.6 million Agronomics shares back in December as part of a funding round. BlueNalu informed Agronomics that it planned to sell those shares, and Mellon stepped in to avoid them being sold into the market. Mellon has right of first refusal until October 1 to buy the remaining 3.2 million Agronomics shares from BlueNalu. He also has been appointed as a director of BlueNalu to represent Agronomics. Following Monday’s share deal and 6.1 million Agronomics shares bought in March, Mellon is interested in 199.3 million shares, a 18.3% stake. ---------- SysGroup PLC - London-based managed IT services provider - Executive Chair Heejae Chae buys 416,639 shares at average 24p, worth £99,993, on Monday. Chae now has 11.0 million shares, a 13.2% stake. ---------- Cobra Resources PLC - mineral exploration and development in South Australia - Non-Executive Chair Andrew Michelmore subscribes for 3.5 million new shares at £0.04, the stock’s closing price on Monday. Cobra says the £140,000 investment by Michelmore, ‘a recognised leader in the Australian mining industry’, is a ‘vote of confidence’ in the company. Michelmore also is granted options over 9.0 million shares at an exercise price of 6p. Additionally, Cobra will issue 12.1 million new shares at 4.34p in order to exercise its option for the Manna Hill copper project in South Australia. ---------- Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd.
