PageGroup PLC - Weybridge, Surrey-based recruiter - Plans to change its legal name to Michael Page PLC, as part of a rebrand of its recruitment offerings. The company changed its name to PageGroup from Michael Page International PLC back in 2016. However, Michael Page remained its UK brand. ‘As the organisation’s most established and widely recognised brand, Michael Page has been selected to represent the business as a whole,’ PageGroup says on Thursday. Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Kirk explains: ‘The move to a single Michael Page brand creates a clearer and more unified proposition for clients, candidates and employees.’ The stock ticker for the FTSE 250 constituent remains PAGE, and its ISIN and other company identifiers also remain unchanged.
