TRADING UPDATES: Insig digital asset investment; Zenith acquisition

ALN

The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Synectics PLC - Sheffield, England-based provider of advanced security and surveillance systems - Security and surveillance platform Synergy receives Cyber Assurance of Physical Security Systems certification from the UK National Protective Security Authority. ‘The certification independently verifies that Synergy meets the UK Government’s stringent cyber security standards for physical security systems, reinforcing the platform’s suitability for deployment across critical national infrastructure, including utilities, transport, policing, government facilities and public spaces. CAPSS is UK-Government endorsed and reflects internationally recognised cyber security best practice, providing additional confidence for organisations protecting critical assets around the world,’ Synectics says.

----------

Kazera Global PLC - mining investment firm focused on early-stage assets - Receives initial advance payment of $750,000 from South Africa AT Investments (Pty) Ltd under the long-term mining cooperation and production sharing agreement between SAI and Kazera’s South African subsidiary, Whale Head Minerals (Pty) Ltd. The agreement establishes a fully funded long-term strategic partnership to develop WHM’s existing Walviskop operations and the future industrial-scale development of the larger 2A Project, subject to the grant of the 2A Mining Right. Under the agreement, SAI is to fund 100% of the capital expenditure, mining and processing operating costs, infrastructure, equipment deployment and working capital, with WHM to retain a continuing 20% entitlement to heavy mineral sands production and ownership of its mining rights and permits. ‘The parties will now commence implementation of the Agreement, including preparation of the comprehensive Mine Plan, which will establish production and HMC grade targets for the project. Following receipt of the $750,000 payment, together with the recent receipt of the $500,000 under the Hebei Settlement Agreement, the company’s funding position has been materially strengthened. Accordingly, the board does not anticipate any requirement for further drawdowns under the existing loan facility provided by Richard Jennings,’ company says.

----------

Sunrise Resources PLC - focused on industrial mineral projects in Nevada - Establishes a new copper-silver-gold project in Nevada, named the Lake Copper-Silver-Gold Project after its location in the Lake Mining District in Churchill County. Says Lake is at the south-west end of the prospective Humboldt Range, which is host to numerous large-scale current, planned and past producing gold and silver deposits. Also, the project has copper-silver mineralisation that occurs from surface. Says it has secured a low entry-cost lease & option to purchase agreement over a mining claim covering copper-silver-gold mineralisation originally discovered in 1985 by BHP subsidiary Utah International, and has staked another 10 adjacent mining claims. Chair Patrick Cheetham says: ‘With historical drill intersections of economically significant grades, the target is well-defined with a number of drill holes intersecting thick zones of skarn mineralisation from surface, a style of mineralisation that can host significant copper, silver and gold deposits and which, importantly, can also provide a vector to porphyry copper deposits. Projects of this calibre are hard to come by and the acquisition results from a long-standing programme of archival research and field reconnaissance. The path forward for this project is clear with the next steps already defined to include geophysical surveying and follow up drilling as resources allow.’

----------

Jadestone Energy PLC - Singapore-based oil and gas company - Successfully drills the second well in its 2026 Malaysia infill drilling campaign. Well is brought online at 2,800 barrels of oil per day. This follows the positive outcome of the first well in the programme which achieved peak production of 3,200 bopd. The second well was drilled 13% below budget with a 930-metre horizontal reservoir section at a total measured depth of 5,473 metres, adds. ‘As previously announced, the encouraging results of the first two wells in the 2026 drilling programme resulted in a decision to drill the third contingent well. Drilling and completion activities on the third well have recently been concluded, with results to be reported in due course,’ Jadestone says.

----------

Savannah Resources PLC - European-focused lithium producer - Updates on the financing and commercialisation of its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal. Says its project finance debt process is progressing, with independent advisers appointed for technical, environmental, social and legal due diligence workstreams. Receives initial non-binding offers from lenders and expects conditional project finance proposals from commercial banks in the coming months. Adds it continues discussions with KfW IPEX-Bank and Euler Hermes regarding potential German government-backed loan guarantees and debt facilities. Says it is negotiating with potential partners for a second spodumene offtake agreement to complement its existing agreement with AMG Critical Materials NV, while non-binding letters of intent for by-product offtake indicate potential demand of up to 865,000 tonnes per year compared with 600,000 tonnes per year assumed in its definitive feasibility study. ‘Together with the Portuguese State grant of up to €110 million which was awarded in January 2026, these other financing options are expected to make a significant capital contribution towards the construction of the project,’ company says. Additionally, is assessing an additional regulated market listing to broaden investor access and support future financing plans.

----------

Oracle Power PLC - developer of projects in Pakistan and Australia - Says it is progressing permitting work required to begin mining at its Northern Zone Gold Project, part of the Kalgoorlie Gold Project in Western Australia. Says applications for a site clearance permit and Native Vegetation Clearing Permit are due to be submitted this month, with final fauna and flora reports being prepared. Adds the mine development and closure proposal is advancing, with heritage clearance surveys completed, hydrogeology work nearing completion and geotechnical, geological and soil analysis underway. Chief Executive Naheed Memon says: ‘The team has been working in parallel to the recent granting of M25/389 to progress all the inputs required for the submission of the NVCP and MDCP, which will then provide the operating permit for the start of mining operations This work has been progressing well. A significant number of the major inputs for the submission of the NVCP have now been completed, with final deliverables (reports) nearing completion for submission. The MDCP submission will follow as we finalise inputs. We continue to get much closer to turning dirt at Northern Zone and I look forward to updating shareholders on progress as we move forward.’

----------

The company has committed to invest an immediate €300,000 within 45 days. The investment is to be satisfied in cash structured by issuance of a convertible loan instrument to 4Mica. The convertible loan has a zero interest rate and maturity date of August 31 2027. Should the loan be converted, Insig will hold a 2.94% fully diluted interest in 4Mica. Additionally, Insig commits to invest €1 million conditional upon 4Mica securing a substantial fundraising round within 16 months of completion of the convertible loan. 4Mica is building a non-custodial clearing layer for AI agent micropayments to provide a stablecoin-first cryptography-based payment rail. ‘Creating a clearing layer between the payment protocol and the settlement layer, 4Mica believes that its clearing technology can be delivered at 99% below the cost of current transactions, while supporting significantly higher volumes,’ Insig adds.

----------

Zenith Energy Ltd - energy production and development company with assets in Italy, US and Tunisia - Agrees to acquire an Italian biogas development company which owns the rights to develop a fully permitted and engineered biogas production facility in Italy. The project is fully permitted, fully engineered and construction-ready, with all material permits, licences and engineering approvals already obtained. ‘Once operational, the project will produce approximately 3 million cubic metres of methane gas per annum, for injection into the Italian gas network, sold at Italian gas prices and benefiting from 15-year government incentives,’ Zenith says. Adds a long-term feedstock supply contract with a major Italian regional authority, comprising 50% municipal waste and 50% agro-industrial waste, ‘significantly mitigates what is widely regarded as the principal operational risk associated with biogas projects.’ Zenith estimates annual revenue at full operational capacity for the project of €5 million. The projected annual Ebitda is estimated at €2.5 million; a 50% Ebitda margin.
