The Perth-based fertiliser producer, which operates primarily in Brazil’s Minas Gerais region, agrees to acquire Scanty Mineracao Ltda, a subsidiary of Union Star Metals Ltd and the portfolio owner of eight highly prospective ionic clay rare earth projects across 27 exploration tenements in Brazil. Will pay A$200,000 cash and issue 40.0 million new Harvest shares upon completion, followed by an up to A$300,000 cash payment if development milestones are achieved. Also assumes approximately A$1.5 million of deferred acquisition payments and associated 1.5% royalty obligations due to the previous vendors. ---------- IQE PLC, up 18% at 42.625 pence, 12-month range 4.88p-63p. The Cardiff-based supplier of advanced compound semiconductor wafer products and material solutions says first-half revenue totals at least £64 million, saying that half-year trading surpassed management expectations. Cites accelerating demand for indium phosphide solutions for data centres’ optical photonics, strength in the aerospace and defence segments, and robust demand for 3D sensing and wireless products. Expects this momentum to continue throughout 2026, and consequently now expects over 30% full-year revenue growth and adjusted Ebitda in the low-teen millions. ---------- Gateley Holdings PLC, up 15% at 62 pence, 12-month range 51p-139p. The Birmingham, England-based legal and consultancy firm’s revenue for the year ended April 30 increases 8.2% on-year to £194.3 million from £179.5 million, exceeding its forecast of around £193 million in early June. Pretax profit rises 20% to £7.7 million from £6.4 million. Declares 2.0p per share final dividend, down from 6.2p. Total dividend falls 44% to 5.3p from 9.5p. Says trading in the early weeks of the current financial year is in line with its expectations.
