Airline stocks weaken as Northwest, Continental slip

SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- Airline stocks paced the broader market lower early Wednesday as oil prices continued to bump up against the $60 threshold. Shares of Northwest Airlines giving up more than 3% to $4.08 and Continental Airlines losing 0.9% to $13.47.
