Objective: The objective of the Fund is to provide income together with capital growth in order to achieve a return, net of fees, higher than that provided by the S&P 500 Index over the long term (at least five years). Policy: At least 70% of the Fund is invested in shares of companies based in North America. The Fund will typically have a bias towards the shares of US companies. Up to 30% of the Fund may be invested in other assets, including shares of companies based anywhere in the world, open-ended funds (including funds managed by Jupiter and its associates), cash and near cash.
Stuart Cox
Stuart joined Jupiter in 2015 and is fund manager of the Jupiter Global Managed Fund. Before joining Jupiter, Stuart co-managed a global equity income portfolio at Caledonia Investments. Stuart began his career in 1991 as a credit analyst at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank before moving to Lombard Odier Asset Management where he was promoted to manage Japanese equity portfolios. Following further portfolio manager positions at Rothschild Asset Management, he joined JP Morgan Asset Management in London before relocating to Tokyo from 2007 to 2010.
