Fund Objective
The investment objective of the Company is to achieve long term capital growth in excess of the Numis Smaller Companies Index from making value based investments in UK smaller companies. UK smaller companies are incorporated in the UK and have a market capitalisation no greater than £500 million at the time of investment.

Peter Webb
Peter Webb, who has worked in the City for almost 30 years and has established a strong reputation amongst business people and investors for his knowledge, innovative approach and track record of investing in UK smaller companies. Prior to joining Webb Capital, Peter was the founder and Chief Executive of Unicorn Asset Management Ltd, which he established and managed from March 2000 to July 2008. Peter is the recipient of multiple awards for smaller companies fund management, and has also created and managed many new investment funds and companies. These include: the Unicorn Free Spirit Fund, Eaglet Investment Trust, Falcon Investment Trust, Unicorn AIM VCT, Acorn Income Fund and Osprey Smaller Companies Income Fund.
