Cameron Murray
Cameron joined the group in 1999 as an asset manager on the property team. He heads up Scottish Widows Unit Funds Ltd, responsible for the asset management and value enhancement of the unit-linked property funds, through value adding initiatives such as regearing leases, development and refurbishment.Prior to joining the group, he worked for Lloyds TSB Property Management, responsible for the strategic management of a £50 million operational property portfolio.Between 1992 and 1996, Cameron worked for Sanderson, Townend & Gilbert, dealing with property agency, valuation and management in the north east of England.Cameron holds a BSc (Hons) degree in estate management from Northumbria University, and the diploma of the Investment Property Forum. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
