Paul A. Hannam
After graduating in 1986, with a Degree in Land Administration, Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991. Paul joined CCLA in February 1988, as Assistant Investment Surveyor, before becoming Investment Surveyor in 1991. Paul has been primarily involved in property investment acquisition/disposal activity and the management of three property portfolios under CCLA's Management. Paul became Fund Manager of the CBF Church of England Property Fund on its launch in March 1999. He was appointed Head of Property in April 2003, as is now also manager of the Local Authorities' Property Fund and COIF Charities Property Fund.
