Fund Objective
Chariguard Fixed Interest Fund is a conventional fixed income fund investing in Gilts. The Fund generally seeks to avoid Gilts that are significantly above par in order not to prejudice future capital value at the expense of current income.
Fund Managers
Rupert Marlow
Prior to joining RCM in 1987, Rupert worked for Schroders from 1979 to 1985, managing UK pension funds and charities. He then joined Scimitar as head of pension fund investments. At RCM, Rupert initially looked after a range of pension funds and charities as subsequently became involved with quantitative products, being responsible for the launch of the Chariguard Common Investment Funds. Rupert received his MA from Cambridge University and also qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell.
