The Fund seeks to provide growth (through increases in investment value and income) of 4% per year more than the Consumer Price Index over a rolling five-year period, primarily through investment in the shares of companies around the world.
Mark Fairbanks Smith
Mark has extensive investment experience as a private client manager, joining the City in 1985. He spent 6 years at Cazenove, followed by 5 years at Credit Suisse, where he became Chairman of the Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation Committee, responsible for making investment policy decisions across the private banking group. He moved to Barings in 1997, where he spent 10 years as investment director developing and managing the private wealth business before joining Sarasin & Partners as a Partner in September 2007.
Megan Brennan
Megan is the deputy fund manager for the Global Equity Real Return Fund and is also responsible for the management of a number of private client segregated mandates and discretionary funds. Prior to joining Sarasin, Megan spent 4 years at Coutts & co working as an Assistant Fund Manager for the Coutts Multi Asset Funds. Megan is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Business, Economics & Social Studies and is a CFA charterholder.
