Fund Objective
The aim of the Fund is to increase the value of your investment over a minimum of 5 years. The Fund aims to outperform the average of the IA Mixed Investment 40-85% Shares sector, after charges, over any 5 year period.
Fund Managers
Gurjit Soggi
Gurjit graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA (Hons) in Financial Services and joined the investment team at Marlborough in 1996. He works closely with Nicholas Cooling and has developed a pragmatic and research-driven investment style.
Nicholas Cooling
Nicholas joined the asset management company that went on to become Marlborough Investment Management as a fund manager in 1991. He was responsible for a total reorganisation of its investment processes, leading to significant expansion of the business. Nicholas is Deputy Chairman of Marlborough Fund Managers and Investment Director of Marlborough Investment Management.
Rajesh Manon
Raj graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Financial Services and joined Marlborough’s funds of funds team in 2003. His enthusiasm and drive enabled him to be fast-tracked to a fund management role within a year. Raj is a CFA charter holder.
Sarah Todino
Sarah serves as an Analyst at Marlborough Fund Managers Limited. Sarah serves as Fund Manager of Marlborough OEIC - Marlborough Defensive Fund. She graduated from The University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Within the programme, she studied modules within the areas of Economics, Accounting, and Marketing.
