Fund Objective
The investment objective of the CF Odey Opus Fund is to achieve long term capital growth primarily through investment in quoted equity and fixed interest stocks throughout the world.
Fund Managers
Crispin Odey
Crispin established Odey Asset Management in 1991 and today heads Investment Management. Before founding Odey, Crispin managed the Baring European Growth Trust and Continental European pension funds at Barings Asset Management and Framlington Fund Managers. Crispin graduated from Christ Church, Oxford in 1980 where he read History & Economics.
Freddie Neave
Freddie joined Odey in March 2012 to work with Crispin Odey on his funds. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs where he was as a generalist mid-cap equity research analyst. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 2010 he had been an equity research analyst at Cazenove in London since 2004, during which time he covered both the Media and Non-Life Insurance sectors. Freddie graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford where he read Biological Sciences, and is a CFA Charterholder.
