Fund Objective
The LF Canlife Japan Fund aims to provide capital growth primarily from investment in shares quoted on Japanese markets. The Sub-fund may also invest in collective investment schemes, cash, money market instruments, other transferable securities and derivatives and forward transactions for the purposes of Efficient Portfolio Management.
Fund Managers
Duncan Mackay
Duncan joined Canada Life Investments’ international equities team in November 2010. He is now manager of the LF Canlife Japan fund, with the support of Mike Willans as Head of International Equities, who has overseen the fund since 1999. Previous experience includes roles at Principal Investment Management and AEGON Asset Management where he focused on international and European equities. Duncan holds an MA in Economics and Finance from the University of Aberdeen and is a CFA charterholder.
