Fund Objective
The Company will be invested with the aim of achieving the investment objective of the Company but subject to the limits on investment set out in the FCA Regulations and the Company's investment policy. Generally, the Company will invest in the investments to which it is dedicated including approved securities which are transferable securities admitted to or dealt on a regulated market or in a market in an EEA State which is regulated, operates regularly and is open to the public, units in collective investment schemes, money market instruments, derivatives and forward transactions and deposits. The investment objective and policy of the Company are subject to the limits on investment under chapter 5 of the FCA Regulations applicable to UCITS schemes, which are summarised below. The ACD must ensure that, taking account of the investment objective and the investment policy of the Company, the Company's investments provide a prudent spread of risk.
