The investment objective of the SVS TPI Income Builder Fund is to provide a regular income (paid monthly), some capital appreciation and lower volatility than the MSCI World Index by investing globally, either directly or indirectly (for example, via collective investment schemes or derivatives), in equity and fixed income securities. The Fund can invest in money market instruments, warrants and transferable securities. Derivatives and forward transactions may be used for investment purposes and Efficient Portfolio Management (EPM). EPM can be defined as a portfolio that provides the greatest expected return for a given level of risk. The use of derivatives for investment purposes may increase the volatility and risk profile of the Fund.
