Fund Objective
The investment objective of VT Dominium Holdings ICVC is to preserve and grow the purchasing power of shareholders capital over the long term. The Company will aim to meet its objective primarily by investing in a limited number of carefully selected enterprises listed worldwide. The Company may also invest in other transferable securities, money market instruments, deposits, cash and near cash. The Company will not invest in derivatives, immovables or other collective investment schemes. It will not sell "short "securities and will not borrow to invest. Only in exceptional circumstances, the Company may borrow to meet cashflow and liquidity constraints. The Company will not have any particular industry or economic sector focus and will not be constructed with reference to any index.
