It is intended that the Fund will be a Property Authorised Investment Fund at all times, and as such, its investment objective is to carry on Property Investment Business and to manage cash raised for investment in the Property Investment Business. He has been at TIME Investments for over 7 years and has operated as Assistant Fund Manager and more recently Co-Fund Manager for Commercial Long Income PAIF and Social Long Income PAIF since their inception.Previously, Roger was an Assistant Director at Close Brothers Group PLC’s tax efficient and property funds division, with responsibilities across a number of commercial property funds.
