Fund Objective
The Fund invests at least 85% of its assets in the Merian Asia Pacific Fund (the Master Fund). The Fund may hold up to a maximum of 15% of its assets in money market instruments, deposits and cash. The Master Fund aims to achieve capital growth. In seeking to achieve its investment objective the Master Fund aims to outperform, net of charges, the MSCI All Countries Asia Pacific ex Japan Index with net dividends reinvested over five-year rolling periods.
