Fund Managers
Colin Finlayson
Colin Finlayson is an investment manager in the Fixed Income team and specialises in global government bonds and relative-value analysis. He is the co-manager of our absolute return bond fund as well as our strategic bond funds. Colin is also a manager for a number of pooled pension funds. He joined us in 2000 directly from the University of Strathclyde, where he studied Economics and Finance. Colin is a CFA charterholder with 19 years’ industry experience.
Alexander Pelteshki
Alexander Pelteshki is an investment manager in the Fixed Income team and specialises in credit analysis in the global financials sector across the entire capital structure. He is also a co-manager for our strategic global bond strategies. He joined us in 2014 from ING Financial Markets, where he was a publishing/lead equity analyst on the banks sector. Prior to that, Alexander was an equity trading analyst for UBS Wealth Management. Alexander studied International Business Management at Dickinson College in the USA, and has an MBA degree from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Alexander has 12 years’ industry experience
