The Fund aims to provide capital growth and outperform the FTSE TM All-Share Index (Net) over the long term by investing primarily in a portfolio of UK companies.
James Illsley
James Illsley, Managing Director, is a portfolio manager in the J.P. Morgan Asset Management International Behavioural Finance Team. He manages retail, institutional and charity portfolios. An employee since 1999, James was previously a UK equity portfolio manager and director with Prudential Portfolio Managers UK (Ltd). James obtained an M.Eng in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from London University.
Christopher Llewelyn
Christopher Llewelyn, Executive Director, is a portfolio manager within the J.P. Morgan Asset Management International Behavioural Finance Team. An employee since 1985, Chris was previously Head of the Statistics Group. Prior to this, he was responsible for the management of index funds and performance analysis in the Quantitative Portfolios Group. Before this, Chris was Head of the Investment Information Department at Save & Prosper. Chris obtained an H.N.D. in Business Studies from London Guildhall University.
Anthony Lynch
Anthony Lynch, Executive Director, is a portfolio manager within the J.P. Morgan Asset Management International Behavioural Finance Team and co-manages The Mercantile Investment Trust, specialising in UK mid and small cap equities. Anthony joined in 2009 as an analyst having obtained a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Durham University. Anthony is a CFA charterholder.
Callum Abbot
Callum Abbot, Associate, is a portfolio manager in the J.P. Morgan Asset Management International Behavioural Finance Team, based in London. Part of the Core portfolios sub-team, Callum has been an employee since September 2012 having joined the firm as a graduate trainee. His prior experience includes internships with HSBC, Cazenove Capital Management and RBS. Callum obtained a BA (Hons) in both Geography and Management at the University of Cambridge and has passed the CFA Level 2 examination.
