Fund Objective
The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve capital growth over the medium-to-long term (5-7 years) principally by matching the performance, before the deduction of charges, of the FTSE4Good® UK GBP Index (the “Index”) of shares. Neil Blower
Neil Blower having the experience of 20 Yrs in Investment Industry and 18 Yrs in CIS Investments. He has done BSc (Hons) – Economics & Statistics in University of Salford. Neil Blower has managed the CIS UK FTSE4Good Tracker Trust since launch in October 2003. Neil is also responsible for day-to-day management of the passive UK equity core of the Life Fund (c£3.2bn) and Pension Fund (c£0.4bn). Neil joined the CIS as a UK sector analyst in 1988 before establishing a Tracker Fund team in 1999 and managing the CIS FTSE All-Share Pension Fund Tracker from launch in October 2000 until December 2005. Prior to joining CIS in 1988, Neil gained industry experience as a trainee investment analyst for the in-house pension fund at Simon Engineering plc. Neil qualified in 1991 as an Associate Member of the Society of Investment Analysts and is a regular member of UKSIP and the CFA Institute
