Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Keir Starmer, Owen Smith and Ian Murray, what fine examples of liebours best. No wonder Corbyn was considered the man to lead that mob.
But leave it a bit and she will edit that drivel into something sensible. Without remembering of course. Amazing how people that don't live in this country are so concerned about our welfare.

Martini,
Try engaging the few remaining grey cells which you may have and use them to think for yourself.

Briefly, when sailing in choppy seas I usually prefer to staying on the ship rather than clambering into a rowing boat and hoisting a distress flag and hoping to be picked up.

'Amazing how people that don't live in this country are so concerned about our welfare.'
No seriously, I'll be delighted to watch you and the other rabid gammon rot on the compost heap you've made for yourselves.
But, I am concerned about the welfare of your fellow Brits, particularly those who have chosen to live and work in other EU countries, free of prejudice and British xenophobia. I know people who are seriously concerned about their future post-Brexit - to the extent that it's making them ill. They're at the mercy of an incompetent government that shows a total lack of compassion, who think it's acceptable to use their people as pawns, using ridiculous scaremongering to get a crap deal through, and being egged on by extremists within their own party who only care about themselves, and blame others for their own miserable lives. I'm sure those same people will be affronted when they find their fortnight in Benidorm costs more!
Fortunately, most of those Brits living and working in other EU countries still have a vote.

That means we can export more to China to cover up what we may lose in exports to the EU?

That'd be a disservice to sauerkraut, Fred.

The new caring Hilary. Quite touching. Usually it's I'm alright Jack so bugger the others. With the new found persona you should join the Tory party because the other lot only benefit from people being poor and uneducated. Or in the case of some here, just plain thick.

A bit sad about Landrover...but I find their models fantastic !....(and the ones in the showrooms as well (;))…)(I own one of the smaller/cheaper cars of course)…..I prefer landrovers to mercs however prestigious they are !.... Landrovers are very well made and practical.....servicing is essential of course.....I'm even considering a replacement.....I hope they don't overprice their new defender...and they should/must bring in a Baby Defender ...a sort of like a Fiat Panda 4/4 but better made ...entry model less than fifteen grand : electric/petrol/hybrid (options can be added)...to me It's essential for the well-being of the company...could be a market bestseller...!
Governments have been pushing diesel for decades....now it's petrol …..and not even that....electric vehicles are coming but they are at the moment only good for urban areas...not for long distances.....London-Birmingham : you are going to struggle.....hydrogen is making enormous advances quietly....so land rover designers had better get their designs ready quickly...!..

a free vote in parliament is now mooted
should that happen, i wonder how things would pan out
would MP's vote per their electorate's wishes or per their personal preference?
imo, it should be per their electorate's wishes, but i suspect many would not - eg dominic grieve
