Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Great read Fred.
Chance of remain 10%
Chance of single market custom Union deal 10%
Current deal in some form 50%
No deal Brexit 30%
So out we go then.

"Your revels now are ending. These your actors,
As is foretold by you, were all spirits, and
Are melted into air, into thin air:
And like the baseless fabric of this vision,
The cloud-capp'd tow'rs, the gorgeous palaces,
The solemn temples, the great globe itself,
Yea, all which it inherits, shall dissolve,
And, like this insubstantial pageant faded,
Leave not a rack behind. You are such stuff
As dreams are made on; and your little life
Is rounded with a sleep."

Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility:
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage;
Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
Let pry through the portage of the head
Like the brass cannon; let the brow o'erwhelm it
As fearfully as doth a galled rock
O'erhang and jutty his confounded base,
Swill'd with the wild and wasteful ocean.
Now set the teeth and stretch the nostril wide,
Hold hard the breath and bend up every spirit
To his full height. On, on, you noblest English.
Whose blood is fet from fathers of war-proof!
Fathers that, like so many Alexanders,
Have in these parts from morn till even fought
And sheathed their swords for lack of argument:
Dishonour not your mothers; now attest
That those whom you call'd fathers did beget you.
Be copy now to men of grosser blood,
And teach them how to war. And you, good yeoman,
Whose limbs were made in England, show us here
The mettle of your pasture; let us swear
That you are worth your breeding; which I doubt not;
For there is none of you so mean and base,
That hath not noble lustre in your eyes.
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

The boy stood on the burning deck
And he was all a quiver
He had a cough
His leg fell off
And floated down the river.

The public are sick of hearing everyone`s views,
Please just get us out of there is most everyone`s views
Time to pull your fingers out regadless if you were in or out
Most are past caring
We are feed up with this endless debate
Just show these Europeans
We have long carried much of the weight
Can we escape those that plot to remain
Raise your voices
Unfold the Flag
The Great British Union still has a great deal of clout.

From todays C&C
Even the European Council on Foreign Relations agrees, issuing a paper titled “The Continent-Wide Rise of Euroscepticism”, which declares “Euroscepticism has now spread across the continent like a virus.”
