If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

"Thge outages you have been experiencing are being investigated by Jonathan and we are confident that these will be eradicated."
translated:
"JT has been away on bl..dy hols and it went down the tubes. He's got till Monday morning to get it hunky dory again".
(forgot the "or else" bit)

Spaceman. We carry UKX live which you can put in your stockwatch if you are on one of our 'plus' subscriptions, the Dow is delayed and runs off a delayed table which we have not yet merged with stockwatch. The indices page is supplied from the delayed table. We are taking US and European feeds into our databases over the coming months and we will then resolve the problem.
All : Outages. We have been 'under pressure' with 20% more site usage in the last 10 days, coincidentally one of our databases is not happy and is periodically causing our app servers to back up requests. We have redundant databases which are being switched on.
BT; He came back monday, so can't blame that and we can't even blame Colt, as we don't use them!!

Change Request Please:
Just set up a new Stockwatch with all the SetsMM stocks. I added the Spread % column of course, but see it has 3 decimal places which a) is far too much, b) takes up too much column space, and c) doesn't really need the % sign on every line. One decimal place is easily enough for the purpose required.
TIA
Brian
edit: Spread % should be rounded to 1 d.p. of course. :)

BT, as you say it appears the trailing "...0%" is redundant.
Will investigate.

I pay my subsription monthly. a, because it suits my budget and b, I wanted to evaluate the service.
This week end I recieved an e-mail saying we have debited your account with the anual fee (I have not actioned this).
I spoke to Money AM this morning and I was supprised by the atitude.
"well Im sorry sir, you must have changed it.... hmm well we will have to look into our refund policy " etc.
Has anyone else sufferd this?

Toogood, it was me you spoke to.
You did mention that it is quite possible someone else has been playing
around with your PC and has upgraded you. It's hard to see how else you
would have been upgraded by mistake.
As I said I will investigate getting you a refund and will let you know.
