RF - Villa have certainly done very well this season (to date), but the idea of them being title challengers is stretching it, by anyones standards.

As for West Ham and the young players he produced Tony Carr the youth coach at West Ham must take most of the credit for Cole, Lampard, Ferdinad x2, Defoe, etc and he is still producing good players. Redknapp was also sacked from his job with the Seattle Sounders And got Southampton relagated (but I must say what a great job he did there all Pompey fans will be ever greatful to him for that). Look at the money he has spent at the clubs he has been at.
