If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian,
Re: ASC
I am not sure whether or not u r waiting for my response as I have already given u all the detials earlier on this BB. Nevertheless, for the sake of completeness....choose say a 3 month timeframe and try to plot a Candle or Bar chart! The thing is with candles or Bars, is that it plots all key facts, Open, High, Low and Close. I think u use ComStock as a data supplier and they are professional enough to run data exception s/w that should highlight data errors outside a set tolerance and then check out the errors on a daily basis. Well in the case of ASC it does not seem to have taken place for some reason, because an 18 spike on a penny share must glow RED on someones screen! Anyways whatever u can do to sort this out would be a great relif as I have had to sign up with another information supplier to set my position on this stock. I hope this is helpful to u. Rgds, John

John,
Thank you for this - I will speak to JT when he comes back into the office in a little while and I will also contact our supplier to see if there is anything they can do.
I will get back to you in due course,
Regards
Ian

John,
If you take a look at this chart now the spike has been removed - there are still a few issues with the chart, but it should plot more sensibly than before for you.

Ian,
There's probably a very simple answer to this question. There is always a blue "edit" sign on all my postings. How do I get rid of this?

Bakko,
Simple answer is - you can't :) you are the only one who can see it next to your name - everyone else see's it next to their own name and it is essentially there so that you can go back in and edit any posting by yourself at a future date.
Hope this helps,
Ian

Ian & Jonathon - further to observations about the Stockwatch news flags, posted yesterday, I can confirm that they only appear after a refresh.
I experimented with ARX and CFE announcements on UKWire at 13:21 and 13:27.
Nothing appeared on stockwatch. I refreshed at 13:41 and both "N" alerts appeared.
Clearly, the News function needs some sorting out, if you have to refresh to actually know that there is news out.....
Rgds
dell
P.S. I'm also relatively sure that the N flag on Empire Interactive(AIM:EMP) didn't appear until the later news for the OFEX company Empresario(OFEX:EMP??) came out, despite refreshes in the period between the two news items.

dell,
These have appeared correctly on my watchlist this morning which has been up and running since earlier this morning without the need to refresh. However, I have made Jonathan aware of this and he will look into it for you,

maddoctor,
Thank you for this - Jonathan is not in the office for the rest of the afternoon, but I will pass your comments onto him and see if there is anything we can do with any other stocks with these spikes.
Regards
Ian

Ian - ROK (Level 1, ie Stockwatch) is showing 4.27/4.30 but L2 showing 4.25/4.30, unmoved since early morning. It seems to have caught the mobile bug and showing 'last trade' price as Mid Price. When is this bug going to be squashed, PLEASE!!!

Ian, I'm sorry to hear you've discontinued the S&P. Are you sure you can't provide it? Most sites seem to provide it - at least delayed - for free...

Ian, did you get a response to the UT closing trade being immediately echo'ed with a time of 01:00:00 and no trade type?
