Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?
If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?
Should Tzipi Livni and Ehud Olmert, be tried for war crimes if or when this conflict comes to an end?

"fun" said tongue in cheek, mnamreh :)
As long as an individual like hey parrot continues to demonise and try to de-legitimise an entire people and nation, then I am not prepared to stand by and watch him do so unchallenged. Something about not standing by when you see evil......
Since he seems to spend so much of his existence trying to bait others, then only a taste of his own medicine is left as he himself has asserted he chooses not to be objective, rational or debate in a civilised way.

Correct in principle, but when the likes of hey parrot, fahel, clubbie, freddie boy can only post hatred then it is hopeless. Earlier in the thread I tried to raise the tone with some objective discussion, but you can't be rational with the irrational and the hate filled people of the world. They are basically fascistic nazis in the broad sense of the phrase, rather than National Socialists.
You can only communicate with such individuals in a language they understand.

ITLOB is absolutely right when the likes of Hayseed admit to being totally blinded by prejudice ..... there's no common sense or objectivity to be found in that quarter and from those of similar ilk

Don't you think the Israelis are blinded by prejudice. They are probably the most islamaphobic nation in the world. Interestingly, the Palestinians, Arabs in general and muslims are almost devoid of anti-semitism. They are opposed to Israel and Zionism and NOT Jews.

m,
I think it is being overly optimistic and a trifle unrealistic to think the means of communication with the Hitlers, Stalins, Pol Pots of the world would have made any difference. On a pathetic cyber level, there are comparisons with some posters on this thread.
There comes a time when, regrettably, words of attempted conflict resolution are futile.
I suspect you believe all people can be reached out to, and all matters can be resolved by discussion. Frankly, there is a much greater probability of a settlement between Israel and the Palestinians than of ever communicating rationally with the people I mentioned earlier.
Peace will come one day and the two states will live side by side in relative harmony because it is in the interests of them both to do so. The same situation does not apply to those on this thread unwilling to set aside their hatreds and prejudices.
hay parrot et al will one day be left isolated and stupified by events beyond their blinkered perceptions.

here or in the real world as in attempted peace settlement in m/e?
if the latter, it is a sad fact of life that both protagonists contain elements that are intent on destruction.
that said, there is for sure a huge amount going on behind the scenes which will not become apparent for many years.
by that time, no doubt i shall be dead, either relatively naturally or just perhaps through the intervention of one of the international loonies

remember that the media, even of the so-called free world is not told everything, and indeed will intentionally be fed disinformation from time to time.
it's a nice thought that the power-brokers and other baleful outside influences can be bypassed, but unfortunately reality dictates otherwise ...... nevertheless, as with the most acrimonious of strikes, a solution of kinds will eventually be brokered ..... ultimately it is the public at large which dictates events, though it can take an interminable time for it to realise that and to act accordingly.

It would be interesting to see what legitimacy you think there is for the existence of the state of Israel, the extra land they have taken time and time again and the building of settlements in areas that even they have accepted are for the Palestinians.

for goodness sake hayseed ..... you've admitted your blind bigotry, so try disappearing back down your rat hole, as de facto you can have nothing sensible (objective) to contribute

Not bigotry, I am just a supporter of Palestinians. What ligitimacy do you think Israel has? There are more than a million Palestinian refugees who used to live in areas that Israel has taken.
