Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian. This is embarrassing and I know there's a button for it that is staring me in the face but I'm damned if I can see it.
I'm trying to look at Shares mag this morning and notice that new header says Shares Digital and then what? I can't get into the mag.

Clcik on Shares digital, then on that page, click on any of the stories on the right hand side. This will then take you to this weeks edition of Shares Digital, where you can either view it online, in the digital format or download the pdf by clicking the svae button in the top right hand corner of the page.

Aaah! Thanks for that Ian. I was looking for a button that said "Look at This Weeks Mag" or similar.

Shares Digital query again I'm afraid Ian (Is there only me reading it?).
I notice that when on contents page you can't go directly to the company with a click of the mouse. You have to go to the page and hunt around a bit. Have you taken that feature away or is there a problemette?

PS Thanks for getting a "Look at this weeks edition" button for us numpties :-)

Sorry about that - if you close down Shares Digital and then go back in you should now be able to clickon the links again.

When I go into "News" I get the first page, but when I press "Next" I get a message saying "There are no articles for the past month. Click here for older news".

Apologies for the inconvenience, this is the result of any earlier issue we had, and we are working to resolve this.

I'm having a Java issue my application of java starts but then refuses to show live prices. My Java is working fine on other sites. Tried logging out,restart etc, no joy. I use vista on toshiba laptop.

Just to update now working after uninstalling and reinstall of java.

IanT i'm pretty sure i used to be able to access some of the level 2 stuff, or i think thats what it is, like 5 day gainers/losers. But now it is saying my subscription does not cover this.
Can you help, or was i just imagining things previously.

I'm still recieving shares magazine.

could you search all magazines being sent to my current address, which i assume you know, because i believe i should still be a subscriber.

As the delivery takes a few weeks to set up, the magazine can be delivered for 2 or 3 weeks after the end of the year sub to make sure you receive your full 51 issues. In order to continue to receive the magazine for the next year you would need to resubscribe, and this would also give you access to the premier features on the site again,
