Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

KEAYDIAN,

We are investigating this problem and hope to have this back up and running as soon as possible,

KEAYDIAN,

can you tell me are there any other parts of the site that you cannot access, but which you should have access to?

Ian

Oops. Stockwatch has gone as well.

Haystack - 31 May 2007 16:22 - 5735 of 7315

I had an interesting Email today, considering I log in almost every day several times!

Dear Haystack,

Its been a while since you last logged into MoneyAM; perhaps you have been taking a break from the market and enjoying some of your hard earned gains. However, there has never been a better time to come back to MoneyAM and use the wealth of FREE tools available to you when making those all important trading decisions.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 31 May 2007 16:22 - 5736 of 7315

qwento,

I have just logged in as you and have been able to access market scan, and although I believe this problem was caused by us, could you try the following as I believe it may be due to a session problem can you clear out your cookies, and logout and then resatrt your machine.

If any of youa re having this issue could you please try this as well?

Ian

IanT(MoneyAM) - 31 May 2007 16:44 - 5737 of 7315

Can any of you who were having problems access various parts of the site that you are normally able to enter, please log out and log back in and let me know if you are still having issues,

Ian

qwento - 31 May 2007 16:45 - 5738 of 7315

That seems to have solved the problem - thanks.

tvc15 - 31 May 2007 16:46 - 5739 of 7315

thanks a lot Ian, problem solved.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 31 May 2007 16:47 - 5740 of 7315

Thanks Qwento,

Can those of you who had similar problems clear out your cookies (make sure you aare aware of any passwords you have stored as cookies), log out of MoneyAM and then restart your machine please.

Let me know if you have any issues or need any help,

Ian

PW Carnell - 31 May 2007 16:54 - 5741 of 7315

Alright now Ian thanks.

KEAYDIAN - 31 May 2007 18:48 - 5742 of 7315

Same here also, thank petal.

G D Potts - 04 Jun 2007 00:20 - 5743 of 7315

IanT how do I re-subscribe to shares magazine ?
The website seems determined to direct me to level 2 upwards etc when i click on 'upgrade you account' that cost 110 when all I would like is to renew my shares subscription.
The card details are already saved and I dont see why the subscription simply did not renew itself instead of converting to a 'free user'.

G D Potts - 04 Jun 2007 14:19 - 5744 of 7315

Not to worry ive subscribed through another party.

kate bates - 06 Jun 2007 12:34 - 5745 of 7315
