If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ta Ian but I went out at 7pm and nrk price seems to have dropped since then on non streaming watch list.
Think you still might have a few bugs.

Ian,
My previous prob (posted 1729 hrs yesterday) has cured itself. I appreciate there have been problems, it was mainly to make you aware it was still occurring last night. So at the moment, no prob.
Chalkie,
I got the same problem a couple of times with Windows, so it must be down to the general prob with the site.

Guys,
These issues would have been linked to the problems we had yesterday - things should be back to normal and stable today. If anybody does have any issues, please let me know,
Kayak,
We will take a look into that.

Chalkie,
Has this happened today? If so it may be that you are seeing a cached page. if you are entering the site through a saved favourite, try deleting that favourite and re entering it. Also you may want to try clearing out your temporary internet files by clicking on tools and delete browsing history.

Ian
Thanks
I haven't tried today but will let you know if it occurs again next time I do try.
I'm not entering the site via a saved favourite but by typing Moneyam into Google each time which produces your main website address at the top of the list.

Site froze when I tried to click on links. Tried to re open site, took 3 attempts to open site, kept showing Web Page Unavailable. Is it just me or is it the site yet again.

Morning Ian,
It looks like all your hard work is working... However: I noticed this morning that PERCENTAGES are still at odds in STOCKWATCH versus LEVEL 2. See e.g. OEX (Oilex), which shows the same prices of 61-66 in both, but in Stockwatch a percentage increase of 8.55% versus 4.96% in Level 2. They can't both be right.
Good luck!!!

Ian,
Current mid price compared to last nights close has no relationship to daily movement on stockwatch. I think closing price may be from Tuesday rather than wednesday.

Morning Ian,
Same as Chea. Happened twice in last 3 mins. No need to reply as it's obviously connected to the continuing problem. Just thought I would let you know. If this is not sorted by tomorrow, can I request (when you get a minute) some detail to what is causing this re your suppliers problem.
