Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Current mid price compared to last nights close has no relationship to daily movement on stockwatch. I think closing price may be from Tuesday rather than wednesday.

The level 2 change and % change are correct. All price on stockwatch including the previous close are correct, but there is an issue with the change on stockwatch at the moment.

Ditto: Change and % stuck on yesterdays figures in Stockwatch, refreshing makes no difference.

Same as Chea. Happened twice in last 3 mins. No need to reply as it's obviously connected to the continuing problem. Just thought I would let you know. If this is not sorted by tomorrow, can I request (when you get a minute) some detail to what is causing this re your suppliers problem.

It is extremely frustrating this morning as now all I am getting on L2 is the temp unavil.

We are working to resolve this problem as we speak and hope to have the change and percentage change prices correct as soon as possible. All other prices on the Stockwatch screen including the close are correct,

I have refreshed several times this a.m. Also logged out and in, retrying to gain some sort of stability on L2. Believe me, cannot get L2 for more than minutes at a time. Impossible to work with.

Stockwatch changes and percentage changes should now start to correct themselves, we have had to restart the Level 1 streamers to do this, so unfortunately, the trade data to that point will be lost.

Stockwatch sorted, will it take 15 mins for portfolios to amend themselves automatically.

Yes they are on a 15 min delay but should start to recitfy after that.
