Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

I'm afraid Alf's last post above just shows the level of Tory rhetoric followed by their paranoia on display by inane thinking..

Stan,
Yes, Manuel does lower the tone of this thread.
But he is right.
Even "righter" than Oswald Mosley, but they wouldn't have had him as a member.
8-)
He is always seeing beneath the surface.

Drinking a cup of coffee may add nine minutes per day to your life.
I need to get my slide rule out to plan how to live forever. I suppose the operative word is "may".

With all the free stuff Corby has bin promising, I suspect your wallets life expectancy would be going down like a runaway elevator.

Uni's were able to accept far more students thanks to the dumbing down process implemented by the Labour government, and who introduced tuition fees, oh yes the Labour gov.
Every teenager and their pet got a uni place.

Perhaps they were trying to educate those who were too dumb to go to university!

as i've said frequently b4, most would be far better off (in all ways) by going straight into the workplace from school .....
of course this would be a lot easier if we still had the culture of apprenticeships even for those without academic qualifications
it goes without saying that a basic level of numeracy and literacy are still required in any trade
