any comments, thoughts, on this stock.

tried shorting this afternoon at 115, but IG absolutely stuffed to the gills, presumably with bears and could not oblige ..... Shore Capital are actually very cagey in their statement, but reading between the lines, they too seem unconvinced that, post rights, sp will trade close to its NAV .... otherwise surely they would have commended better than hold

shouldn't compalin, and thanks ..... took profits on my "excess" in both IEC and POG and also my Dow long ...... bought PAG (questionable move!) and shorted Dow (looks promising)

I might as well have stayed out of RIO, too, but BLNX is picking up well, having bought back in at 17p last week. So I guess I do manage to get some things right at least!

Got in last friday and then out on monday, i will leave them alone now for a while, dont understand what's going on with them or what the future for them. i think they would be a good long term hold if you had the cash just to sit on it but as i havent i cant

If you think about it seriously the chances of NRK surviving are still zero what we have is a political situation. Brown cannot afford to lose votes in the north east if NRK goes under. Branson and probably others are looking to gain great advantages by helping Brown to keep NRK afloat. Just like Mr Abrhams has done with his disguised donations to the Labour Party.

surely there must still be money to be made here on a short tack ..... am quite tempted to take that risk tomorrow

i confess i fail to see why the shares are worth 2 beans, yet they strengthened today ...... one thing is for sure - RAB and the other crew are going to lose their shirts ..... pity innit

RAB is one of the big hedge funds as are the other clowns who were buying hand over fist ..... yes, i do think the shares are worth zilch, but disinclined to short even assuming there is someone who would lend the stock to allow it
