How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

Boro's qualification hopes on a knife edge.
Had a chance to put it to bed when they fluffed a 4 on 2 chance earlier.

India/England 3 Test - no position yet. Looks like India are going to have to injure the England batsmen out. Shah done and Patel having a go at KP

Morning Edward
Been flicking between Eng v Ind and SA v Aus this am.
Nice to see Eng putting on a decent batting performance for a change. Looks like Dravid has made a big boo boo in deciding to field after winning the toss.
The more interesting match is in SA. Saffers are currently 127-6 in their 2nd innings and only lead by 24 runs and only lunch on day 3. Can't see how they're going to win this.
IMO its as close to free money on Aus

always be wary backing the Aussies to chase a small total, has been their achilles heel for many years
laid India this am and am starting to take some profit - cracking start from England on the back of a shocker from Dravid. That said, from his perspective I guess they felt there was the danger they could have almost lost the game on Day 1 if they batted and got bowled out cheaply

Just showing some of the highlights of SA this morning and replayed the one where Boucher got it right in the goolies and went down in a heap.
Brought tears to my eyes even though we're a thousands of miles away!

Just layed Liv at 1.02 hoping that New score with more than 30mins of the game left to go. If not then only a very small loss.
