Cynic,okay in your opinion the company is crap but having bought into BLR at .56p i personally think i have called the bottom of this share. You can slag the company all you want but at the end of the day the one thing i have learnt in the last 3 years is to not get too cosy with a company, its a recipe for disaster.In my opinion there is further upside from information i have recieved,so if i like the company or not hopefully it will make me some money.

This bunch of South Americans sound just up BLR's street!!!!! Best no one tells CDS investors to much about BLR's track record for finding hyrocarbons.

Why ? Many didn't want more dilution wich is what would have happened if they had gone ahead.

Can anyone explain what the net effect of the share consolidation and reorganisation will have on the SP. Will it be worthwhile holding onto these shares after the reorganisation as they say that 24p of the 25 p will be held in deferred shares which will be worthless?

I don't understand why BLR advise this to be beneficial? Sounds to me like a gross devaluation and shareholder loss.

I would be grateful if anyone can advise what the likely effect of this reorganisation will be.

i was being sensitive to the feelings of the mug punters who still hold in vain hope
