Hello all. So I'm not the only one to have problems yesterday. All my Telewest (NTL) services were out, mail, Internet and Telly. Had to watch terrestrial telly, seemed very strange only having five channels to select from. Maybe have to buy a Freeview Box as an emergency fallback.

Thank you snowball. All back in action now on the ntl front - I wasn't trying to change anything, just trying to get to the homepage/webmail! Anyway, it fixed itself at about 3 pm! Hope your Telewest is back too, Socs. They must have been having a bad day!

Telewest had a very bad day, they had some cables cut. Deliberate act they say, by persons who knew exactly where to find the cables. The whole of the area Bristol, Gloucestershire & Cotswolds was taken out. They have asked the police to investigate.

That danish went down a treat, thank you Bunny! Shall make a cuppa to follow... gasping, removal men came early so chaotic. Anyway, house still looks as full although daughter and belongings should be departing! I am cleaning house, whilst kids have gone to play tennis in the sunshine... am doing something wrong here :-)
