Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

JStratford - 30 Mar 2007 08:58 - 13906 of 24230

Right, I've given myself another half day to finish the cleaning, so better get on with it. Next time I don't decide to re-paint the place as well!

Socrates - 30 Mar 2007 08:59 - 13907 of 24230

Jeffers, no ciggie in the tea, it makes it taste appalling.

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 08:59 - 13908 of 24230

No but he's quite right Socs - I'll take my tea out the back and have a ciggie with it under the porch ;>)

Socrates - 30 Mar 2007 09:01 - 13909 of 24230

I thought it was a Ford not a Porch!

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 09:03 - 13910 of 24230

Now come on - can you see me under a Ford!
;>)

Socrates - 30 Mar 2007 09:10 - 13911 of 24230

Is that an offer? LOL

optomistic - 30 Mar 2007 09:21 - 13912 of 24230

Come on Bunny where's the response........

Socrates - 30 Mar 2007 09:40 - 13913 of 24230

Is it too early for elevenses?

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 09:56 - 13914 of 24230

An offer involving a Ford! Oh please.....there's scraping the bottom of the barrel and there's scraping the bottom of the barrel! We used to call them Dagenham Dustbins down here years ago LOL

Socrates - 30 Mar 2007 09:57 - 13915 of 24230

My Beamer then?

Socrates - 30 Mar 2007 09:57 - 13916 of 24230

5 Series?

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 10:07 - 13917 of 24230

I think you need a sit down and a nap Socs, all the mental exercise must be wearing you out....
;>)

jeffmack - 30 Mar 2007 10:08 - 13918 of 24230

Fords are still called Dagenham Dustbins

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 10:08 - 13919 of 24230

Are they? I wondered cos they don't make 'em any more there do they? Thought the plant got shut down years ago, amazing how the name sticks LOL

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 10:59 - 13920 of 24230

Yo either Jeffie or Hils - as I know you do bits on ebay...
I've got a buyer who's placed a bid on an auction I have running but now is asking if I can make it a Buy It Now but looking at the revise your item page it looks like as she's put a bid on the facility to do Buy It Now isn't available - is that right or am I missing something?

jeffmack - 30 Mar 2007 11:03 - 13921 of 24230

I think if there is a bid on your item it limits what you can revise, if anything. I dont have access to EBay at work so cant help further.

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 11:06 - 13922 of 24230

Thanks Jeff - that's what I thought - well it's up to her now, she has to either retract the bid or stay the course of the auction - cheers me-dear :>)

Fundamentalist - 30 Mar 2007 11:32 - 13923 of 24230

Bunny

Im sure ive done this in the past and i think you have to withdraw the item for sale then relist as a buy it now (not 100% certain). Its a few years since I did this and not sure if theyve changed the rules since

stockbunny - 30 Mar 2007 11:35 - 13924 of 24230

Thanks Fundy - how's you these days?

Socrates - 30 Mar 2007 15:06 - 13925 of 24230

Right, I've had a nap like Bunny suggested, and I feel quite invigorated. I wonder how fast she can run?
