Being bought out or improved profitability (divi) are two positive paths for Pipex.
Surely this company is rapidily becoming worth more than its current SP and the MM's are slowly waking up to that fact. Not only the MM's but others too I am sure.

Annual results in April 2006....this should be a major point for the stock as continued solid growth will confirm that Pipex is doing well. Remind ourselves with highlights of the Interims..

Turnover up 47% to 64.1m (H1 2004: 43.6m)
Gross profit up 44% to 29.3m (H1 2004: 20.3m)
EBITDA before integration costs up 32% to 7.5m (H1 2004: 5.7m)
Profit before tax and amortisation of 2.5m (H1 2004: 2.0m)
Free cash inflow of 5.4m, from an outflow of 1.3m in H1 2004
Balance sheet cash of 12.5m (December 2004: 11.3m) and net debt of 19.0m (December 2004: 20.6m)

Any downside currently ? Clear off the net debt perhaps ?

Pipex announces Christmas deal
November 2, 2005


ISP Pipex is offering new subscribers two months free broadband, a free modem and free set-up.
The offer, open until 23 December, is for 2Mbps broadband for 14.99 a month, with an option of 500 minutes of home phone calls and 12 months anti-virus and firewall protection.
Users that switch to Pipex will be given with a free modem or an extra month of broadband free.

The ISP said that orders placed after 10 December may not be activated in time for Christmas, and that a 12 month minimum contract applies.

Skyhigh we are moving again. Nice tick up. LOL

10p on the way?

Lets hope so ! It's got to be 10p and more say 18p-ish as I got in at 8.25p a year or so ago...I'm remaining cool on these as we've seen so many false dawns.. however, I must admit it's looking a bit better !

nice but needs to be sustained. It would nice to see a steady upward trend until next April....acounts come out with better than expected results and then a nice jump....so I keep my figures crossed, stick a few more pins into my home made Dubens doll.....and.....
