Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

JStratford - 10 Jul 2007 09:02 - 16731 of 24230

You know, I wish I could start with FEB again... I've got 500 pages to write for the end of the month, so if we could go back a bit then I'd have more time again. Added to that I'd know not to waste my time on other events that happened in FEB :-)

ptholden - 10 Jul 2007 09:09 - 16732 of 24230

Gee thanks Socs, a great relief :)

Socrates - 10 Jul 2007 09:18 - 16733 of 24230

No problem PTH, but what are the other golfers going to think of a person with a chandelier attached to their golf trolley, a bit OTT isn't it?

optomistic - 10 Jul 2007 09:22 - 16734 of 24230

Liberace reincarnated :-)

Socrates - 10 Jul 2007 10:52 - 16735 of 24230

Time to be thinking about elevenses. Tea accompanied by a large slice of treacle tart with double cream, I think. Then I shall have to start thinking about lunch.

Socrates - 10 Jul 2007 11:50 - 16736 of 24230

I've just had some sales-person round the cafe kitchen, telling me that chopping boards have 53 times more bacteria on them than lavatory seats. He was trying to sell some stuff that is advertised on telly, apparently. I told him, no thank you, we will take the green route and prepare all of our food on lavatory seats and dump the chopping boards.

JStratford - 10 Jul 2007 12:37 - 16737 of 24230

I blame Bunny for all her counter top dancing :-)

Socrates - 11 Jul 2007 08:35 - 16738 of 24230

Morning has broken, anyone got any glue?

JStratford - 11 Jul 2007 08:40 - 16739 of 24230

Bit of string and a couple of nails. Will they do?

Socrates - 11 Jul 2007 08:48 - 16740 of 24230

Never tried it with nails and string, I'll give it a go.

Bluelady - 11 Jul 2007 08:49 - 16741 of 24230

Good morning Socrates and J Stratford,

One hammer coming up Socrates. And please don't use one hammered Keaydian.

JStratford - 11 Jul 2007 09:04 - 16742 of 24230

Here's an elastic band as well. That should do the trick!

Socrates - 11 Jul 2007 09:05 - 16743 of 24230

I've got my own hammer thanks, my old lead-wellie.

stockbunny - 11 Jul 2007 09:13 - 16744 of 24230

OI! Socs - my footies are beautifully clean and not responsible for any counter-top bacteria - wanna look ?
(waves foot in air...)

Ok sorry went AWOL yesterday, got a bit busy - hope everyone is fine and happy bunnies today! :>)

JStratford - 11 Jul 2007 09:20 - 16745 of 24230

Morning ladies. What a beautiful sight you both are this morning :-)

Socrates - 11 Jul 2007 09:58 - 16746 of 24230

Bunny, is that your way of asking for a paw massage?

stockbunny - 11 Jul 2007 10:09 - 16747 of 24230

LOL err-no Socs ;>)
Morning JS - hope you were the right side of the dow/ftse yesterday it was a goodie on shorts :>))

Bluelady - 11 Jul 2007 10:25 - 16748 of 24230

Good morning stockbunny, just where were you when J Stratford said what a beautiful sight you were this morning ;0).

Socrates, I thought you were in the RAF and not the Navy. Aren't lead wellies used for when they walk on the bottom of the sea?

KEAYDIAN - 11 Jul 2007 10:34 - 16749 of 24230

Is it time to get up?

JStratford - 11 Jul 2007 10:37 - 16750 of 24230

Bunny. Too much on to be playing with the market at the moment! But it does look as if the Dow's struggling with the 700 mark.

Bluey, I was including you in the beautiful comment, so that would beg the question where were you?

K. No.
