They issue 570m new shares and the directors take less than 300k of them costing under 50k. Mickey Mouse!

seawallwalker - 19 Nov 2004 11:26 - 1892 of 7811

Iain. I have been scanning all morning looking for these.

I appreciate I may have missed them, but wonder how when there were so easy to see.

Never mind, we got there in the end!

Thank you for showing an interest.

What did you have for breakfast?

I just polished off brunch, hot egg sandwich.

Mmmmmmm..........

proptrade - 19 Nov 2004 12:12 - 1898 of 7811

busy day on the thread...directors takeup is small but there may have been limits imposed because of the high demand from institutions. that is my take on things....

seawallwalker - 19 Nov 2004 12:20 - 1899 of 7811

Good point proptrade!

I note their total holdings amount to in excess of 10 million at 17p per share.

Nearly as much as me!

lol

iturama - 19 Nov 2004 12:23 - 1900 of 7811

Since outside shareholders were not given the opportunity, they couldn't take up too much could they? More a case of flying the flag by buying a nominal amount. Most of them don't need much more in any case.

proptrade - 19 Nov 2004 12:28 - 1901 of 7811

thought it was an obvious one that nobody else had pointed out!

anyway, nice to see a bit of moneyam input on the thread

seawallwalker - 19 Nov 2004 12:31 - 1902 of 7811

They are after food and drink tips! (Moneyam)

I must be a bit dim today not to have seen the rns's.

Bad night though!

Wife had wind.................
