OUTSOURCED MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND SERVICING

The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG.L), a global provider of business process outsourcing and software solutions to the insurance, fleet, automotive and property industries is pleased to announce it has been selected by Tesco Cars (www. tescocars.com) to provide outsourced maintenance, repair and servicing for customers of Tesco's new online vehicle sales service in the UK.

Tesco Cars has been launched today by Tesco. All cars sourced by Tesco Cars will come from reputable lease and fleet suppliers and typically will have one previous owner. Tesco has partnered with carsite.co.uk to provide the service.

Innovation Group has contracted with Carsite Limited, which will trade as Tesco Cars. The terms of the agreement will give customers of Tesco Cars access to Innovation Group's nationwide network of quality-checked garages, through an on-line booking service, all of which use approved parts, ensuring continuity of any manufacturer's warranty.
