With video search set to be the next big growth area BLNX have the software the likes of Microsoft, Google and NewsCorp would love to have.

In fact BLNX have done deals with most of these, the most recent being the UtargetFox deal which has been reported in the USA but not RNS'd in the UK.

Alexa rankings confirm the continued growth in usage as its viral effect spreads:-

The ITN RNS confirms blnx is the best in the market and is growing fast:-

Leading News Organization ITN Extends Advertising Deal with blinkx Based on Proven Campaign Success

blinkx Selected to Power Advertising across ITN Website and Syndication Partner Sites

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. - July 2, 2008 - blinkx, the world's largest and most advanced video search engine, today announced that it has won an extension contract that will augment the scope of its advertising partnership with ITN, one of the world's leading news and multimedia content companies. Under the terms of the new agreement, ITN will use AdHoc, blinkx's patented contextual advertising platform for online TV and video, to serve advertisements on the ITN website and its syndication partner sites, including Bebo.

Through AdHoc, ITN has already been effectively monetizing its premium news content on the blinkx.com network for over six months. During this time, ITN achieved a significantly better return, greater search volume, and higher monetization through blinkx than through other syndication partners.

AdHoc uses blinkx's patented speech-to-text transcription and visual analysis technology to understand video content more thoroughly and effectively than any other service today, and can therefore dynamically place the most pertinent advertising against it. The AdHoc platform offers media companies and advertisers a unique value proposition -- video advertising which combines the emotive power of TV promotion, with the relevance and utility of contextual search advertising.

The confluence of ITN's premium TV content, blinkx's extensive syndication network, and AdHoc's uniquely powerful targeting capabilities was a formula for success. By extending its partnership with blinkx, ITN aims to achieve similar returns by leveraging the AdHoc platform to deliver contextually relevant video advertising on its own website and across its distribution partner sites.

'We're thrilled to be broadening our relationship with ITN,' said Suranga Chandratillake, founder and CEO of blinkx. 'News content is one of the most popular categories of online video and there's clearly a tremendous opportunity for monetization. The success of our partnership with ITN is evidence that the blinkx AdHoc platform is a uniquely powerful solution for online video advertising today.'

'We've been delighted with the results of our partnership with blinkx and are looking forward to implementing the AdHoc technology on our site,' said Nicholas Wheeler, managing director, ITN On. 'blinkx AdHoc has proven that it can achieve significant monetization of our content, effective marketing for advertisers and, most importantly, a useful, non-disruptive experience for our audience.'

As a pioneer in video search technology, blinkx has built a reputation as the most effective way to search new forms of online content such as video. With more than 350 partners and 26 million hours of indexed video and audio content, including favorite TV moments, news clips, short documentaries, music videos, video blogs and more, blinkx uses advanced speech recognition technology to deliver results that are more accurate and reliable than standard metadata-based keyword searches.

Ok ravey.

Haystack - ?

Haystack - 27 Aug 2010 12:34 - 2645 of 6187

rdg
You only used to post on a couple of threads. So give me a list of all these stocks of yours that I posted on. At least you have modified the comment from the last time you posted it. Last time it was "on all my threads' as though they were yours. You in fact onlt started one thread on ADVFN.

I see you are still using the same same old exaggeration that you use to ramp your stocks.

Remind me, weren't you banned from this BB for abuse?

Isaacs - 27 Aug 2010 12:50 - 2646 of 6187

So what is the answer to CC's question?

ravey davy gravy - 27 Aug 2010 13:01 - 2647 of 6187

Haystack.

Seriously aint it time you moved on, i'm here strickly to try and make my living
trading shares, you seem to be here as a hobby to annoy others.

We can go back in the past but what is the point of a argument with you, you
are never wrong and you always twist the subject, it's getting soooooooo boring
now !

tabasco - 27 Aug 2010 13:03 - 2648 of 6187

RDGdont flatter himHaystack thinks he is a know allcalling this stock at 3p when it has hit 70p from 12p in three months is nearer a know nothing kinda of guyhe is recognised on all sites as a plank! Would you like me to post his fan club up?

Haystack - 27 Aug 2010 13:07 - 2649 of 6187

rdg
You are the one bringing up the past, not me. When they banned you from MoneyAm for abuse directed at me, I emailed MAM and asked that you shouldn't be banned even though you thought I had complained about you. You do seem to be somewhat paranoid.

ravey davy gravy - 27 Aug 2010 13:08 - 2650 of 6187

To be fair Haystack called it right on a few stocks i was long many years ago,
one in particular Dvs went bust, but what he has to realise is you can make a
killing before the bad times hit, Dvs quadrupled in value before the slide started
so good money was made, same as Blnx now, maybe it is rubbish but that wont
stop you making a killing if you time it right, share are not for life, a dog is !

Haystack - 27 Aug 2010 13:11 - 2651 of 6187

tabby
I have never said it would hit 3p. I said it was worth 3p. Stocks are often higher than their true worth, especially ones that are ramped like Blinkx.

tabasco - 27 Aug 2010 13:12 - 2652 of 6187

Haystackyou might have helped get RDG bannedthe same as with other posters that disagree with youAlas you are immune and bullet proof yourselfcould you please answer Chris

Haystack - 27 Aug 2010 13:14 - 2653 of 6187

tabby
I have never help anyone get banned. I don't mind the abuse. You can only be insulted by someone who's opinion you respect.

tabasco - 27 Aug 2010 13:18 - 2654 of 6187

Haystackwhat abuse?could you please answer Chris

tabasco - 27 Aug 2010 13:19 - 2655 of 6187

HaystackIll post it up againjust in case you missed it.
Chris Carson [View Chris Carson's profile] - 27 Aug 2010 12:15 - 2641 of 2654
Haystack - Just curious, if you are neither a buyer or a seller of this stock, what exactly are you trying to prove and why. What is the point?

tabasco - 27 Aug 2010 13:30 - 2656 of 6187

Zipless - 16 Jul'10 - 11:56

At what stage do you bank profits before it crashes. It is the .com boom again. I had a stock that went to 15 times my investment. Luckily I sold it when it was falling and got about 12 times my money. The company survived 6 more months and is now bust.

It went up on hot air and ramping witb no substance. Just like Blinkx.

Haystackyou was happy to buy this company with all its hot air and rampingand made yourself 12 times your moneysounds like you have double standardsno cant be thatnot you?

Haystack - 27 Aug 2010 13:43 - 2657 of 6187

No. It is not double standards. I have nothing against you buying it even if it does crash. I am just an alternative view of the company's prospects. When I made money of that stock I was always looking at opposite views and it was partly that from a source that I can't mention that made me sell at the right time.

tabasco - 27 Aug 2010 13:48 - 2658 of 6187

Yer sure.did your answer to Chris slip your mind?

Chris Carson - 27 Aug 2010 13:49 - 2659 of 6187

So If that is case, why not short it then?

tabasco - 27 Aug 2010 14:15 - 2660 of 6187

Chrishe dont like your questionslol

Chris Carson - 27 Aug 2010 14:23 - 2661 of 6187

No worries Tabby, it just confirms my suspicion, Haystack needs to find a hobby :o)

chessplayer - 27 Aug 2010 17:58 - 2662 of 6187

All this crap is about as interesting as the price of putty

dealerdear - 27 Aug 2010 19:38 - 2663 of 6187

Actually, it's funny you should say that Chess.

I've seen some at 1/lb but I thought that a little expensive.

Do you know of somewhere I can go where I can purchase a little cheaper?

I don't want to compromise on the quality though.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
