Red Rock Resources plc has entered a loan agreement with YA Global, advised by Yorkville Advisors, to borrow up to $9m at 12% in three equal tranches.

The company said the net proceeds will be available to finance the purchase of resource assets after applying $0.73m to partial repayment of the its previous $3m loan agreement.

Red Rock also announced the sale of 4.5m shares in ASX-listed Jupiter Mines for A$2.76m gross. It retains a 4.52% stake in the company.

Good news. This bit 'and in steel feed materials' is intriguing. They're not talking about Jupiter so what is this referring to?
Could this be related to the 'new projects being considered' in the previous RNS?
'Steel feed' refers to iron ore, coking coal and manganese, which as far as I know we don't currently have any projects in.
