Rockhopper was established in 2004 with a strategy to invest in and undertake an offshore oil exploration programme in the North Falkland Basin. It was floated on AIM in August 2005. Rockhopper was the first company to make a commercial oil discovery in the Falklands. Today Rockhopper is the largest acreage holder in the North Falkland Basin, with interests in the Greater Mediterranean region.

hilary, you are now onto the squelch list, you offer nothing and your short has lost you money.
Please do not respond, your are squelched which means I do not read your posts anymore.
I would suggest others do the same to troublesome posters out to provoke and bait people into arguments.

cynic, it does allow some semblance of normality by squelching people, but it does not help if others respond to the baiting of these people.
My squelch list is as so now, it does help to reduce the nonsense somewhat :

And this is what it does.
Obviously between your post and mine there was 3 posts by the squelched, you can see by the post number, but having them squelched means its not there to be seen.
Quite a good little function is the squelch.

cynic.
Its only rumours at the moment.
Rumour is Merrill Lynch/Bank of America will be appointed officially as broker (sole or joint I do not know) and that the placing has been sorted out with news coming in the next few days.

have you bubble-wrapped the caravan for the winter yet before it gets totally corroded away by the salt-laden winds? ...... as usual, we'll be down in B-on-A for about a week at Christmas, so might be fun to meet ..... how long for you to get to Bath (too crowded then and no parking etc) but say some goods hostelry fairly near?

i think i'ld avoid both exmoor and dartmoor at this time of the year unless i was desperate to dispose of the boy without trace! .... what about along the cornish coastal path towards tintagel and the like - at least the body should wash up somewhere!
pie and a pint (black velvet!) is my treat!
