Sooner44 - 15 Apr 2005 08:31

Any holders out there - there's some buying going on.....

ptholden - 29 Jun 2009 15:54 - 368 of 798

Dunno, Halifax, I rarely follow the news, just the charts.

ptholden - 29 Jun 2009 15:55 - 369 of 798

Looks like 90p minimum btw

HARRYCAT - 29 Jun 2009 16:37 - 370 of 798

Flippin' heck! Good call pth.

lizard - 29 Jun 2009 16:51 - 371 of 798

who was it that valued JLP at 300p?

(by the way im not that optimistic)

would think 120p+ achievable considering asset valuations

chessplayer - 29 Jun 2009 17:09 - 372 of 798

When is this "news" due to be revealed?

marni - 29 Jun 2009 19:19 - 373 of 798

i didnt really predict 300p but expect minimum 1 quid in next year.

how many millions has hyleo lost? AGAIN!
THAT NEWS TOO WILL HAVE STUNG ALL SHORTERS......LOL

required field - 29 Jun 2009 23:34 - 374 of 798

Negotiations ?...what sort ?...takeover or development of the deposit...with the company retaining 50% in exchange for the mine cost to be paid for by such and such a company ? or something in Madagasgar....? we the small shareholders are a little bit in the dark here !.

required field - 30 Jun 2009 08:14 - 375 of 798

Anybody any idea where this will settle ?, .....incredible trades going through at the moment !.

required field - 30 Jun 2009 08:33 - 376 of 798

It is interesting to note that the sp has not been suspended pending clarification, so those selling out and planning on buying back in will have to be quick because that could happen at any time !.

hlyeo98 - 30 Jun 2009 08:35 - 377 of 798

pth, I am sure this will come to nothing...shorted more at 58p.

required field - 30 Jun 2009 08:39 - 378 of 798

It's official : we have a kamikaze on the thread !.

required field - 30 Jun 2009 09:43 - 379 of 798

I would close the short now hyleo98 and take the profit...good operation if it is a profit but shorting this long term....I'm not so sure...

marni - 30 Jun 2009 10:07 - 380 of 798

hyleo is the biggest idiot in the world! its official.

and the poorest........must be bankrupt by now.

required field - 30 Jun 2009 10:53 - 381 of 798

Tom Winnifrith says that it could be that JLP might be going to buy Braemore (technology mining group)....only a guess though....this might not be a JLP takeover....

marni - 30 Jun 2009 11:20 - 382 of 798

required...........what profit u talking about relating to hyleo.....he only has losses! and this one must be huge as he was probably on this when it fell back to 30s

marni - 30 Jun 2009 11:21 - 383 of 798

this is a 4 bagger already for me

HARRYCAT - 30 Jun 2009 11:31 - 384 of 798

Certainly I know that BRR have had an approach. Interesting to see if it's JLP, though I wasn't aware that JLP were on the acquisition trail. Usually the target's sp increases & the acquirer's sp declines, but it is totally the opposite in this case, which makes me think that it may not be JLP. Time will tell.
Even though some of you don't approve of shorting stocks, wishing losses on someone else is a cheap shot, in my humble opinion.

marni - 30 Jun 2009 11:50 - 385 of 798

i didnt wish losses.....just highlighting he's an idiot.

and for the record, hyleo is one that laughts at OTHERS wgen share prices go DOWN!

hlyeo98 - 30 Jun 2009 17:50 - 386 of 798

I don't know why you are so sour about people shorting. You are going long while I'm shorting. We are in it for the profit.
Grow up, Marni aka scottishinvestor.

ptholden - 30 Jun 2009 20:20 - 387 of 798

hlyeo unless you are an absolute moron (I accept that is a distinct possibility from your previous behaviour on this board) I doubt even you would be so stupid as to open another short. Whilst the latest announcement may come to nothing, the fact is no-one knows, so opening any short position is akin to betting on black or red at the casino.
