Can anyone with mining knowledge explain these terms....

What does sidetracking mean? Approx how ong will that take?
Approx. how long will it take to correct a deviated section?
Is 'crude oil in shale samples' a good indication that there is oil?
Is 'Gas-bearing porous sands being logged' a good indication that there is gas?
Basically what does logging involve ?

Any views re AEX potential??

Unless more news suddenly comes out, its not going to rise much. Learnt a lesson too many times - whenever I initally want to buy and do so, the sp always drops a bit.

My target for getting back in is when it touches the low 20p mark. Its swinging hugely, meaning the traders are here in force. Learnt from SEO to let the traders trade and when it gets too low, jump aboard!

Probably wont work but I'd rather get in low (and risk it) than pay too much.

In case it's of help to anyone, I thought I would report after further dealings with squaregain. I was anxious to lock in profits on this one, so sold 25K @ 23p first thing this morning, and have just agreed to sell a further 200k + @21p giving an average price of 21.21p. Only time will tell if the timing was right, but meanwhile I've just about doubled my money, thanks at least in part to the excellent newsflow on this BB, and I will be looking to get back aboard AEX if an opportunity presents itself.

Watching trades very closely today, I am hoping it goes bellow 20p like squidd is suggesting, it may not get there today but..... You never know. I have placed an order to buy 250k @20p lets see what happens.

I think its going to take a day or so for this stock to cool down for people looking to get back aboard. After getting on at 8p-I should have stayed the course and not bailed at 18p!!

Just got more. Jeez, i only wanted another 2500 worth.

glad i sold this morning it will go down a little yet.

sell you will get them cheaper next week.

It looks like the mms are playing games with this stock once again. Spread has gone up. Its not going to go down to 20p today, I think I will wait a bit. It will come down no doubt before moving up again.

Yeah I agree with the games.....Its gonna be traded this week. I'm planning on exactly that tanker, although its doesnt look like its going to close that much lower than at 8 this morning! Bloddy MM's....... :-)

AEX showing considerable strength after I sold, but have switched my gains into CSB which seems to me to be out of phase with AEX and perhaps due for a rise after paying a huge maiden dividend. Has everyone noticed EDR ? it's even outpaced AEX.

Not since 4/8 when AEX started to move it hasnt.

What would I rather have AEX at 35m or EDR at 40m. I know which has the bigger potential.

Silly making comparisons anyway.
