OK - got through to the News now so assume cured itself

toya, it does seem that it is java specific - what browser are you using?

It's OK now thanks Ian, but clearly a problem earlier

Ian - getting stuck again. e.g tried to click on 'NEXT' on the News screen and it just won't move on

And Level 2 definitely dead!

Again I have been able to do this with no delay at all - I have specifically tried with next to replicate and I cannot. Have you tried a restart? can you tell me what broweser you are using? Do you connect through a router (if so can you try a restart on this please),

Really odd. OK wil complete close down and restart. I don't know what browser this thig uses - but it's not given me a prob before

we did just have a warning on our system here which may have caused your problem - could you try again pelase?

I've rebooted and it's fine - though can't think there was anything wrong here cos other sites were working ok. Level 2 currently availabel -let's hope it remains so

Level2: I was able to bring up the screen but cannot move from one epic to another. ANd now I came to think of it, it was getting very slow to do so last night

And can't access Stockwatch...

Think I'd better look elsewhere for my info

Again I have tried here and it is as it should be - I cannot diagnose what is causing this for you, it could be any number of things from a software update, do a flakey connection, to a router problem and anything in between - all I can say is that I have tried extensively and have not been able to reproduce this - I have also asked to colleagues to remotely access and they are fine as well. Coudl you try clearing your cache, could you try rebooting yoru router if you have one - you may also want to take a look at your firewall settings to see if any have changec with specific regard to java.

OK, will try again. Stockwatch is working currently but was slow.

L2 just blipped into a BLANK SCREEN with 'Service Temp Unavailable' - not my favourite display at this time of the day

As previously said, I was not going to post again (what's the point if we just repeat ourselves) as I was going to give it a few months to improve,BUT reading previous posts thought I would try L2.
Won't open, just a blank page for about 1 minute. Tried again opened after about 30 seconds then OK, so it must be your end and not us users.
