Pre IPO price 4p
Opening price on debut 25p
Floatation price 46p to raise 14million to extend Jolly Ranch
Current fair value estimate 114p
Market cap 70.59 million.
Value of Cisco Springs investments 98 million.
Value of Vogel investments 75 million.
Desparado trucking now Nightfox 250,000 for a 50% stake with partner Running Foxes.
Centurion Project Kansas, 150,000 for a 50% stake.
Jolly Ranch Colorado, 40,000 acres cost 356,000 for a 50% stake.
Cash in bank 7.75 million.
As this EPIC opens on AIM today anything could happen. On the one hand you have traders trying to cash in a sixfold profit. You will also have a clambering of traders after shares because, firstly they could only get 75% of their allocation because of demand. Secondly at 25p this company is still way under valued.

now now don't be sarcastic ;-)
The news is taking far longer than I expected, which also interests me more too.
Some on boards elsewhere are promising substantial news, just have to wait and see. Too much fear right now, but the likes of Suisse keep buying regardless, as do I each payday.
If you can think of a more solid medium term investment gas play then I'd like to know.

hi gnashy
ah its ok.....old cyn has plenty of stereotype comments, i've heard most of them by now.
as for hawk, u r right.....i think they will be good....even great.....i got twitchy in summer and sold for decent profit....and sp is much lower now......question is how much lower will it go.....unless of course one is holding then who cares as its an investment which i agree will reap rewards in medium term
recent broker forecast was 242p i think
all the best

as no news, strongly suspect today's surge is merely MMs trying to force some short closing

there has been talk something really significant is upcoming, but can't make out if this is in terms of land acquisition or a standalone hydrocarbon discovery. Also talk of much earlier exit sale for the company than people expected. Haven't been watching the boards closely as I should of late, so just have to wait and see, but glad to be topping up recently at 63p . Defo looks to be coming back into favour again

Nighthawk Energy says pleased with results to-date from Jolly Ranch
AFX
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Nighthawk Energy Plc. said it is pleased with the results to-date from the Jolly Ranch project in Colorado.
Three wells, the Jolly 2-1, Jolly 16-1 and Craig 8-1, have been drilled to date, casing has been set and the wells are considered to be producers, the U.S. focused hydrocarbon production and development company said.
Commenting on results from Jolly Ranch, managing director David Bramhill said: 'There is still work to be done, however, indications are that Nighthawk has within its portfolio a project that if successfully developed will establish the company and Running Foxes into significant producers and leaseholders in the region.'
